300 meter uphill run
20x step ups each leg
Training:
1)15-1 (or 40 minutes)
Thrusters @ 35/15
Burpees
Box jumps
Toes 2 sky
Ball slam
So the 1st rd looks like:
15x Thrusters
15xBurpees
15x Box jumps
15x Toes 2 sky
15x Ball slam
2nd
14x Thruster
14x Burpees
14x Box jumps
14x Toes 2 sky
14x Ball slams
and so on all the way down to 1
Comments:
Workout #2 in our stamina cycle and man these things aren't fun, they definately leave you with that ass whipped tiredness of a long bike ride or run, which is the goal. Mentally these things get pretty dark around rd 13 and 12, but just pace yourself and work through it, by the time you get to rd 10 start to pick up the pace and chug away.
