Crossfit is an excellent program. Many of our training partners and friends are Crossfit Athletes and Coaches. We regularly compete in their events and fully support their program. That being said.....
All of our training is based on the paradign shift that you train
inside the gym to perform outside. Because of this we don't believe
in working out, all of our training is based on fluid periodization
that simultaneously trains Strength, Work Capacity and Stamina to
progress you towards your ultimate goal. There is no randomness in
our training, everything serves a specific purpose with quantifiable
results.
These sessions are intense and sometimes can last up to two hours in
length, in training your body we are also in effect training your mind
to endure the physical and mental stress that you must endure. This
mental armor is as valuable and has perhaps more carryover than
anything else we do in the gym in regards to the real world.
We did not invent this stuff, but instead borrowed from the best minds
in the fitness world and applied it in the most productive and
efficient manor. Our mentor Rob Shaul is critical in our programming
and is based on the equally brilliant minds of Dan John, Greg
Glassman, Greg Everett, Mark Rippetoe, Louis Simmons, Vern Gambetta,
Mark Verstegan, Mike Boyle, Gray Cook and many others. Our
programming is constantly evolving and improving and will continue to
do so.

I don't have access to a fully equipped gym with bumper plates and platforms, what should I do?
Try our soloist program. It's free. All you need is a sandbag, pair of dumbells, and a pullup bar / tree.
Do you recommend any supplements?
No. It is a total scam. Eat right, drink a protein shake after training if you aren't going to eat right after. Any reputable brand will work. A well balanced diet provides you with everything you need to perform at elite levels.
