comments: short little sufferfest before we rolled out of town to go hiking. Actually thought I was going to have a revolt on my hands with the manmakers. I didn't suffer quite as much as everyone else and I finished in about 27 minutes, and was extremely sore afterwards. Jake said that everything felt sloppy, I kind of liked the sufferfest, everybody but Jake and I had to drop down in weight.
Cindy as a warmup probably wasn't a great idea but it got us warm, the rx is for 20 minutes but we were in a hurry so we did 10, I was just starting my 13th round when time ran out, but I was starting to fade. Apparently Chris Spealer can do 38 rds in 20 minutes, unreal.
