Took about two weeks off for a little R and R and this fucker was my welcome back, it came pretty close to putting me down. The warm up got the legs ready for the 50m sprints, we did it on the curve for a little variety, and I actually think it made it easier, but it still left us huffing and puffing.
Pt 2 was all about get ups, you did SB's one round and dumbells the next, with a little pull up break in between, while its easier to get up with TGU's you work faster and get gassed, the SB's on the otherhand feel like a fat kid is sitting on your chest the whole time and leaves you gassed.
Pt3 almost brought up breakfast, anytime burpees are your recovery your in trouble. The ankles to bar actually made me look foreword to the burpees, which I got through unbroken. I had to break up the A2B to sets of 3 after the second set.
