Training
1) As a two man team you must complete a 400m run and x100 repitions combined of the following six movements. Only one partner can preform work at a time while the other is recovering. You can't go into the next movement until both you and your partner have returned from each run. This is a race!

All about strategy on this one. We tried to pair stronger guys with weaker ones to ensure that stronger guys did more work. The most efficent way to work was x5 reps and then 5 breathes back and forth until you reach x100 reps. With obvious miss matched groups I encouraged the stronger guy to do two more reps each round while the weaker guy got two less and a little more recovery. The 1st group finished in 31 minutes and the last finished in 52:00
