A little work cap to break up strength, but we are still getting a little clean work in, and strengthing the press, everybody felt stronger on the thrusters, although pt1 was a kick in the ass, followed by a core series that worked those fatigued shoulders, the hardest part for me was the horizontal pull ups, they just blew me up. But it was pt3 that put everybody down, racing against somebody really taxes you mentaly and physicaly, and then having to do it all over again left me hurting.
