Stamina


















Stamina.  Going long.  Whether it be a 5 mile run, 2 mile swim, or 30 mile ride your body has to be able to continue to perform over longer durations.  Although we consider ourselves power athletes we still need to train our bodies to go the distance.  We are currently on a 2 week stamina cycle  that will emphasize this aspect.   These sessions may be single mode, multiple, or gym based.  The idea is constant movement for 40+ minutes.

Warmup: 3rds
10x pushups
15x squats
20x situps

Training:  15 rds or 45 minutes
5x SBGU @ 80lbs
7x Burpees
9x Swings @ 50lbs
