Big Tony's Hangover cure
Objective: Stamina - 60 minutes

1) 1 mile run then.......

2) 6 rounds
Barbell Complex @ 65,45
15x situps
30 sec plank
then............

3) 1 mile run then.........

4) 6 rounds
4x Manmaker @ 25,15
10x russian twists with medicine ball
50 meter farmers carry @ 50,35
then.......

5) 1 mile run

Comments:  Gym based stamina efforts are by far the most mentally challenging, at least for me and other power athletes.  Endurance junkies usually thrive because they are more accustomed to pacing.  During these sessions you'll see athletes start transitioning slower, taking longer rests, and slowing down on the runs because their mental stamina starts to deteriorate.  Don't let them.  Push them hard for constant movement and limiting their rest to 5 breaths!  The more you do these high volume - low weight stamina sessions the more your "mental stamina" improves.  The morning group didn't complete the last mile run, they were at 1 hour after the second circuit.   

There is no rest in this session.  Finish the complete session as quickly as you can.
