Comments:  Two hard circuits today.  Adjust the speed on the sandbag carry to keep you breathing hard.  If you need to rest slow to a walk.  #2 has a set rest so work your as off on the run.  

The lab rats and I have been working through the Big 24 strength cycle.  We only have 1 more session left and will be training at 10lbs heavier than our 3 rep max from the 1st session.  As my coach says "Big 24 is like going to war with a barbell."  I am looking forward to the 5x3 at 225 on squat cleans this Friday.
