objective: 5k benchmark and core strength

warmup: 4 rounds
200m run
10x squats
10x pushups
10x hip swivels

1) 5k for time

2) 5 rounds
20x situps
20/20/20 plank


Comments:  still getting some numbers down on paper.  Make sure your distance is accurate, a track is best.

On a standard track that is 12 laps plus 100 meters.  I ran my first one for time the other day a was just under 21:00 minutes.  Looking to get the next one under 20:00.
