Hug Mobility on both sides

3x Curtis P's @ 55% bodyweight
Every 1 minute
2) 5 rounds
10x 25meter sprints
Every 2 minutes
3) 25-20-15-10-5x Situps
6x Cauldron each side each round
Comments: 100x Curtis P's may be the most awful thing ever. 30+ minutes of grueling barbell movement. The first time we did it our times ranged from 33 min to 50 min. Next week we will give it a go again. So Today a little movement prep for the newer athletes who haven't played with this exercise yet.
25m sprints. Awesome. And gross. Shoot to get 10x in 60 seconds. Set two cones apart at 25m and touch the line each time as you run between them.
