Objective:  Work Capacity  / Mental toughness

Warmup: 3 rounds
mini leg blaster
15x pushups
5x shoulder dislocates
3/3x hip swivel

1) 100 Curtis P's at 55% of body weight

Comments:  This was the second time to do this, I finished 4 minutes faster at 29:15.  The other lab rats were in the mid 30's, this was their first time. 

1 Curtis P = Hanging squat clean - lunge - lunge - push press

Full week of rest next week.  Lots of new stuff coming to the site, then off to Alaska to coach an Infantry unit with Military Athlete.
