Objective: Work Capacity 10/10

Warmup:
1) 1 mile run

2) 1 round mobility complex

Training:
1) 10,9,8....1
Sandbag Back Squats @ 80#
KB Swings @ 50#
Jingle Jangles (5m sprint out and 5m sprint back =1)
Dumbell Shoulder press @ 35#

2) 10 rounds
100 meter sprint every minute on minute

3) 25-20-15-10-5
situps
30 sec plank

Comments:
This session broke the athletes that did it and I am not sure why.  I almost stopped the music to tell them to fucking man up and finish the work.

That's how you should approach training, with a workman-like attitude.

Whether you are a competitive athlete, industrial athlete or a recreational one, you are here for one reason.  To get stronger and faster.  Leave the social chit chat at the door.  Come in and work hard.

Personally, I relish the hard work.  Working my ass off covered in sweat, dirt, and sometimes blood with some of my best friends is one of the most gratifying experiences ever.  All of my close friends have been training partners at some time whether it be cycling, jiu jitsu, or in the gym.  The bonds you create with training partners will last a lifetime.

Mental Toughness can and should be trained.  Move FAST through the first circuit.  It is for time.
