10x kettlebell clean and press (35/25 - 5 each side)
10x russian twist with plate (25/10)

7) 1 mile run

10x wallball
10x RDL (65/45)

9) 1 mile run

10) 5 rounds
10x pushups
50 meter farmer carry (50/30)

Comments:  Lots of running today.  This session is really as hard as you make it.  Try to keep the runs fast - you'll catch yourself dropping into a jog without even noticing.  

No rest in transition here guys.  Run all the way into the next circuit and start working.
