Objective: Stamina - stop at 75 minutes
Warmup:
400 meter run
10x lunging dislocates
10x pushups
400 meter run
1)15 rounds
3x atomic man makers (25/15)
10x situps
2) 1.5 mile run
3) 300 step ups - 16'' box
3) 300 step ups - 16'' box
4) 15 rounds
4x Sandbag Getups (80/60) - 4 total getups - stay on one side or do 2/2
3x pullups - go to negatives if you hit failure
8x goblet squats (35/25)
Comments: Last stamina session today. This is the first Stamina cycle my athletes have done and they have an interesting love/hate relationship with it. On one side they love what they accomplished during the session - the pure volume of work done in that hour is staggering and the number of people willing to train like this is few and far between. On the other side it is a total kick in the teeth - just a brutal beat down physically and mentally.
It was muggy and in the mid 90's so the heat really got to a few guys.
Tod finished this in just under an hour. Jordan and another finished just over while the remaining athletes stopped at 75 minutes.
