Comments: Full body smoker today. Running, upper, lower, then core.
I staggered the time on the jingle jangles. I wanted this to be a mental toughness drill. It seems once athletes hit the 60 sec mark their drive starts to deteriorate, hence the 75 sec of sprinting at the end.
The leg blasters are ridiculous. You may have to adjust rep count for certain athletes. Keep an eye out for knee banging on the jumping lunges.
I like the idea of pushups for time. Stronger athletes can start with pylo's then go into grinding them out, weaker ones start grinding then drop to their knees.
Nice little core routine at the end. Hitting all 4 components.
