Training:
45 minute run at moderate pace.

10 days off during the holidays did wonders for our bodies but we paid the price this week. Although the sessions are shorter and slightly less intense then our Hybrid sessions the frequency of training wears on you. I like programming in stamina sessions, it makes sure that we get in the long slow sessions. I have a tendancy to blow them off otherwise.
