400m run
Training:
1) 4rds
10x Goblet (#50)
5x iso squat jumps
5x lateral log jumps
50m run , 100m next round, 200m the next round, 400m final round
2) 4 rds
10x swings
10x burpees
5x reverse burpees
50m run, 100m next round..........etc, etc
3) 4rds
5x pullups
8x dips
12x pushpress
50m run, 100m ............etc, etc
Comments:
Complex training followed by running, each round the running gets longer allowing you a tad more rest for the muscles being used during the strength circuit and getting you breathing heavy.
