Comments:
After doing the squat pt last week we decided to modify one of the sessions and have our athletes do it. The lower body strength circuit fucked me up pretty good, and judging from the text messages I have received it did the same for our guys. Most of today's session is based on Rob's www.mtnathlete.com training. We are starting to run through all the sessions for our athletes the week prior so here you guys go. Enjoy part 3!
