instep stretch

2) 6rds
10x sandbag lunge (60#)
5x sandbag squat jumps
5x squat jumps
hip swivel stretch

3) 4rds
6x tarzan pullups
6x 1/2 moons (40#)
10x strict pushups

Comments:
Round #2 of squad pt. We finished this one in 35 min. It seems these are programmed with a little less volume than the typical hybrid training due to more frequency (5x week). Found that dark place for a round or two for sure. Legs were super sore the next day from the lower body strength circuit. All these sessions seem to hammer the core and make you breath hard. Nice training session all around.
