Comments:
Wanted to get the 1rm max down on paper since it has been about 6 yrs and a seperated shoulder later. Personally I don't bench much, I feel there is more valuable lifts to work on that reap way higher functional benefits. If I was a football player this would be a different story.
Training heavy on bench then going into some lighter deadlifts and climbing. Grip starts to go if you climb without using your legs.
Overall a mello session designed to kinda unload from the 100x curtis p's earlier this week. Legs are still sore to the touch.
