Not even going to touch on this one. The emotions and thoughts on something like this should be experienced. Writing about how miserable this was wouldn't do it justice.

Do it for time. Our times were between 33:15 - 48:00 minutes.

Also we have been posting our athlete's training on this blog. From now on we will post our training, which is more indicative of our training philosophy. The loads are not scaled down and our athletes will be doing slightly modified.
