Warmup:

Then........
6 rds
5x pushups
50 m uphill runtex drill

Training:
10 rds:
every 90 seconds
5x burpees
50 m max effort sprint

Comments:
Shifting into 5x a week training. So some of the Tues/Thur sessions will be lighter.
