comments:
Wow the first workout will probably start to become a standard, it was hard but fun. Jake finished in 13 and change and I was a minute after. Definately something there for everybody. Pt II just plain sucked. Overhead squats are hard and adding an obstacle to jump over is just plain mean, and go ahead and throw a sprint in there.
