Had a few pity parties with this one, you can definately see the exact moment when the mental toughness comes into play. Since the OH squats were so atrocious a few weeks ago we've been consitantly training them with pvc and have seen a remarkable improvement in flexability.
The ladies really came to life during the manmakers and plugged right through it, the guys all struggled pretty good, the scorpians provided just enough of a breather to keep the manmakers from being too sloppy and also stretched out the back from all that extension work.
I know sandbag get ups to finish are just mean, but its an awesome way to finish off the core and few things can focus that iron will like a little SMMF (single movement mind fuck)
