So the 1st round is 15 reps of each exercise in order, and the next is 14 reps of each and so on all the way down to 1.

we are starting a two week gym based stamina cycle, where we train stamina twice a week. This is designed to recreate the stamina needed to run 10 miles only with way more mental toughness. The 15-1 countdown is brutal and it gets really dark around rounds 13 and 12, but if you just put your head down and chug through it gets way easier after 10. It typically took and hour to get through rounds 15-10 and about 20 minutes to get through 9-1. What helps me out the best is to think short term and small successes. Out of 19 athletes only 6 finished this to completion and it took some prodding, but you could see the sense of accomplishment all of these athletes possessed. I was extremely proud of the work ethic and desire it took to chip away at this beast.
