comments:
starting out with a timed mile sucks. Doing it in a torrential down pour is kind of fun however. Despite doing almost no running all of our athletes posted great times in bad conditions. Jake and Jordan both posted sub 5:30 and I was at 5:58. The work cap was brutal, after the 1st couple of rounds it was sooo hard to do the thrusters unbroken, and we had to modify the pull ups because it was raining so bad. I think Jake got through 8 rounds and I just finished 7. The core circuit actually made me throw up in my mouth a little bit, wipers after v ups was unpleasent at best.
