1) Timed 800

2) 35 min AMRAP
800m run
5x pull ups
10x jumping lunges
15x push ups
20x squats
25x situps

comments:
wow, timed 800 as uncool as anything I've done in awhile. Jake and Jordan both finished in 2 and change, it definately set the standard for a rough day. This was the 2nd stamina session, and it definately gets dark, but you just clock in and grind it out. I was able to grind through the bodyweight stuff pretty easy, but got chewed up on the 800 every time.
