burpee rolls (every time your chest touches the ground roll to your right and then jump up, on your next one roll the opposite direction)

3rd stamina session, and it proved to be another grueling session. We wanted to get the feel of a density session and a little SMMF, and boy did we. To keep our athletes on their toes we gave them all a piece of chalk and had them write their rep count down. If they didn't equal or beat that number each concurrent round then they had to do burpees for each missed rep.
