Thank god this is the last stamina session, and man it didn't go out quietly. 400 for time wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, I finished in 1 minute, Jake and Jordan finished in 55. The session was hard, but with all stamina you just grind through it. The burpees and squats destroyed my legs and the swings and pull ups destroyed my grip, with the run being a bit of a recovery, the whole effort lasted about 30 minutes.
