Warmup:6 rds

3x lateral burpee
3x A2B

Training:
1) Partner SB carry for 1 mile

2) 6rds
2x pullups
6x SBGU
10x pushups

Comments:
This must be done on a circular track.  Man 1 starts carrying sandbag while man 2 runs ahead on the track.  When he catches the sandbag he will shoulder it and his partner will run ahead until he catches him.  The sandbag must travel 1 mile.  The runs in between will be about 500-600m.  The sandbag determines who finishes first not how fast the runner was.

It got hot real fast so we were very fatigued.  It hit about 95 and the air was still, all we could think of was cold water.
