Warmup:
Mini Leg blasters
5x pushups
15x situps

Training:
100x Burpees for time


Comments: 
These next four sessions will be much shorter then our normal sessions.  Use this week to get some recovery and rest up for our return from Wyoming.  


Tod and I have trained with the Lab Rats at Military Athlete the past two days and are feeling it big time.  1 RM squat cleans today, can't wait.
