Drew Hoffman working through the Barbell Complex.  The BBC is used to warmup for heavy lifting.  It gives the athletes 36 repititions of 6 barbell movements. 

Warm up:  4rds
6x Deadlift
6x Bent over row
6x Hanging Cleans
6x Front Squats
6x Push Press
6x Back Squat
6x pushups
6x Shoulder Dislocates with PVC
