1) At a moderate pace conduct one of the following.......
30min Swim
45min Run
60min Ride
75min Ruck

Base your decison on what kind of athlete you are. 

You body doesn't recognize distance as much as duration and intensity according to Joel Friel, most likely the best multisport coach alive right now.  That is why we usually prescirbe a specific intensity and duration like above. 

For me a 30 minute swim is a real kick in ass while a 60 minute ride is nothing.  Feel like a challenge?  Choose the one you suck at the most.
