Warmup:  3 rounds
6x pullups
12x pushups
18x squats
200 m run


1) Countdown effort 
15-14-13.......3-2-1
Deadlift @ 125
Push Press @ 95
Renegade Rows @ 25 (yes 15x each side suckas)
Weighted Situps @ 25
Kettle Bell Front squat @ 2x35
**200 meter run every 7 minutes


Comments:
This was hard.  I don't know why I went into it thinking it wouldn't be.  Any 15 down to one with multiple exercises, especially total body ones, is hard.  This format is a variation of ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE.  One less exercise but add the run.  We finished this in about 45 minutes, funny thing was most of the regular athletes finished around there as well.  It seems they are catching up to the lab rats and myself relatively quickly.


This is an example of "gym based" stamina.  Mono-structural stamina such as running, riding, swimming and rucking has always been the standard for endurance training.  Gym based stamina is a new concept that my mentor introduced to me and we continue to experiment with it.
