Comments: Part 1 is super metabolic, use the 400 to recover. All 3 of the exercises will get you breathing heavy on their own, stack them together with a 400 m run and there is really no where to hide.
Go directly into the second circuit, no rest here. Soon as you get in from the run start squatting. Mental Stamina here guys.......keep working.
