Comments: I am dropping the specific loading for the athletes. It seems that since some of these exercises are new to them that they are losing their form in order to complete the exercise. This results in really ugly lifts. The more experienced athletes seem to be able to follow the loading. If you are able to follow the prescribed loading do so. Otherwise work in the difficult but doable range and keep your shit clean.
