Warmup: 4 rounds
1) 3 rounds
3x Curtis P
200 meter run

2) 5 minute amrap
2x pullups
2x 1/2 moons e/s
10x jingle jangles

3) 5 minutes - as high as you can
1x KB Clean and press
1x burpee
2x KB Clean and press
2x burpee
3x... etc etc

4) 2 rounds
50x Handjob
30 sec Fonda
20x Hamstring Hell

Comments:  Revisiting the short 5/5/5 format here.  Remember we don't really pace ourselves here as much as the 10+ minute sessions.  These are meant to be pretty balls out.  We rest 3 minutes between each circuit.  The idea here is max effort - rest - max effort - rest - max effort -rest.
