Objective:  Stamina

Training:
1) 45 minute ruck - moderate pace - 50lbs

2) 8 rounds for time
8x Thruster (85/60)
8x burpee
200 meter sprint

3) 45 minute ruck - threshold pace - 50lbs

Comments:  This is a sport specific military session here.  Similar to a quick raid.  About a 3 mile Infil with rucks - drop rucks and assault the objective hard and fast - then a hard Exfil due to Reinforcements coming. 

Walk in slow - hit the OBJ hard - then get the hell out.

Next week we drop into a gym based stamina cycle.  Gonna be fun.

I don't know who that guy is but he really motivates me.
