About Atomic Athlete

Atomic Athlete is first and foremost a strength and conditioning program.

Our training is performance based. Our primary goals is to make you stronger, faster, and perform better at what ever it is you do.

Each training session is 60-75 minutes in duration. The session will be geared towards Strength, Work capacity, Stamina or a combination of each.

These sessions are difficult in nature. They are designed that way. The only way you can improve is to be challenged. The only way to get fit is through hard work. There is no shortcut.
