Objective: Stamina 60 min
Warmup: 4 rounds
mini leg blaster (10x squats, 10x lunges (5/5), 5x jumping lunge, 5x jump squats)
3x dips
6x shoulder dislocates
1) 8 rounds for time
10x Turkish getups @ 25,15 (5 each arm)
4x strict pullups
12x pushups
800m run

Once again I am having my Atomic Athletes do the same training as the Lab Rats and all the soldiers who follow http://www.militaryathlete.com/ . Lab Rats are doing 2x60 min sessions each wednesday during this cycle and a 90 minute on Fridays.
This session is super running intensive. It's 4 miles all together. If you are an excellent runner don't expect to be destroyed from this, if you are a bad runner.........well you'll see.
I finished this session in about 47 minutes. Kevin, our youngest Lab Rat, beat me by 2 minutes at 45:00, while Aaron came in around 43 minutes. Shoot for 50 minutes on this guys. If you finish in less, well done.
